We offer a variety of services to help you develop and complete your writing project. These services may include:

The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement between you and writegeist. This agreement will outline the specific services to be provided, the timeline for completion, and the fees associated with the project.

For editing and ghostwriting services, all intellectual property rights in the final work product will be transferred to you upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees.
You retain all ownership rights to any materials you provide to us for consultation or editing.

We will treat all information you provide to us as confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your prior written consent, except as necessary to fulfill our obligations under these Terms or as required by law.

We offer a limited revision policy for our editing and ghostwriting services. The specific number of revisions will be outlined in your project agreement.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require a deposit upfront and may require additional installments throughout the project.

Termination by You: If you choose to terminate the project agreement before its completion, you will forfeit the deposit paid. However, you will not be obligated to pay any additional fees.

Termination by Us: In the event that we are unable to complete the project due to a breach of this Agreement by you, or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control, we will refund you any unused portion of the fees paid. We may also terminate the project agreement if you fail to make a required payment or otherwise fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

We use our best efforts to provide high-quality services. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services or the final work product.

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Phoenix/Arizona.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and writegeist regarding the use of our website and Services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of our website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
